Little Lamb

Annie Perkins, a Christian singer from Lakewood, Colorado, has written a song "Little Lamb" in memory of her third cousin, Nathan Rademaker, who had Herlitz-Junctional Epidermolysis Bullosa and passed away on June 4th, 1999. Nathan was 1yr and 5 days old.

After recording expenses, she is donating 50% of the proceeds to DEBRA and the other 50% will go to future fund raising.

Nathan lived in Fairmont, MN. Annie was in Fairmont, Blue Earth and Mankato, MN marketing the song from Aug 9th-14th. The CDs go for $10 and the tapes for $7. If anyone is interested, send a check or money order to her and she'll send you the CD or tape as soon as possible.

My apologies for the scribbled face of Nathaniel... that is what I get for leaving Nicky alone with a pen...

LITTLE LAMB

No more Gauze, no more Pain, I'm feeling healthy again.
Hundreds come to see me, All my friends and Family.

It's all right, Please don't Cry, Just Listen to the lullaby

Oh Mamma, No need to Cry over Me.
Don't you see...I've just been set free.
Cause I'm Walking up here with Jesus
and I'm Playing with all my toys.
I'm standing up here directing all the Little Boys.

I'll have a Place for Mommy and Sammy, Grammies' and Grandpa's Too.

Aunts and Uncles and All of You, Even Puppy Dogs Too.

I'm now Jesus'...Little Lamb.

Thank you for All Your Prayers, And the Time that we had to Share.

My life was short but so Long, the Love that bonded was so Strong.

I'm now Happy, can you see, This disorder has left me.

Flying like an Eagle, I've been set Free.

Dedicated To the Strongest Baby I ever Knew: Nathan Rademaker.
I Love You

About the Artist

Anna (Annie) Marie Cupich-Perkins was born on Jan 9, 1960 in Omaha, NE. At the age of 7 she began playing piano by ear, and at 14 she started writing songs and singing to picnics, birthdays and weddings.

She started her music ministry, Angel Wings Ministry in 1997, which enabled her to sing at Christian events in the Denver Metro Area as well as in several churches. It is through the songs that she sings that she is able to give her testimony and help heal the wounded spirit.

Through the pain of being molested several times and a marriage that fell apart due to infidelity, she has been able to understand the wounded heart of others who have suffered as well and to give hope for a better life.

Annie devotes her life to helping people who have suffered traumatic experiences. She doesn't profess to be a psychologist or a social worker... only someone who has felt the pain of abandonment and knows what it feels like to want to end a life.

If it wasn't for the hundreds of Angels who have encamped around her throughout her life and the Grace of God, she doesn't know where she'd be today. It is from that where her Music Ministry came about.

My child has a skin problem called Epidermolysis Bullosa.
This is a long fancy name for a condition of the skin where a certain protein is missing from the top layer of the skin called the epidermis. Because the skin is missing this protein, blisters develop easily. This can occur after a slight bump of the skin, or can occur on the bottom of the feet from walking too much. Many of these blisters are painful, but most people with EB get used to them over time. My child will often wear bandages to protect the skin and allow healing underneath.
This condition is not contagious. You cannot catch anything. Unfortunately, there is no cure for EB right now,
but many doctors are working to find help for EB. If you wish to donate money or to find out more about EB, we would appreciate your contacting the following national organizations which are looking for a cure.

I don't know of any disease that children face that causes such long term suffering. You know, you have children that have things that take their lives, but, this disease, they suffer emotionally and physically for a long
long time before they either die or...well, and actually in the severe forms that's what happens.
